Hello Jim,

You need first to mount de hda's partitions as
mkdir /mnt/windows
mount -t vfat /dev/hdXx /mnt/windows
(1st check fdisk -l and replace hdXx)
after that add to /etc/fstab something like
/dev/hdXx               /windows                      vfat   
defaults        0 0

(ALL AS ROOT)
