	What is the error you are getting?, The error I see is line 9 /dev/fda1 do you 
have such an entry? do a "ls /dev" and see if there is an entry for fda1 (all floppies 
I've seen are fd0 or fd1.
also do a "cat /proc/scsi/scsi" and see if there is a listing for sda
and sda1 there.  Let us know what you find!
