the ones on kde.org are built by Than Ngo  who builds all redhats KDE rpms and 
the ones at kde-redhat.sf.net are built by other people  i tried the sf.net 
ones once and wa sreally disapointed with the quality of the build  with the 
new direction i think you will find the main difference is that the kde.org 
ones dont have mp3 support  but that is easily enabled.  i plan to submit a 
package to rpm.livna.org soon for submittion that will have mp3 support.  so 
choice is yours  but i have gone with kde.org ones
