I don't really have an ssh conn I can use to test it out.. So I'm basing it on WEb surfing experience as well as Ping times. Do you use bittorrent? (Azurues in my case) I'm trying but.. nothing seems to make things better when I'm DL'ing or uploading. Once Bittorrent is off, it's way better.
