I think the point is that the width of file name under the icon is too
wide. No matter how I stretch the icon, the width of file name is
unchanged.
If we can change the width, and it just show some words in the beginning
(like thunderbird-0.5-i...), then we can get these icons closer, and we
can put more icons on the desktop.
