yum install flash-plugin
if your yum is configured correctly then it should download the dependency
if this dependency is in base package it means it should be on installation disk or you can download it from http://download.fedora.redhat.com/pub/fedora/linux/core/1/i386/os/Fedora/RPMS/compat-libstdc++-7.3-2.96.118.i386.rpm if you don't use yum
