| already filed a bugzilla report. didn't mention that its been confirmed
| though. have you tried it a few more times. it's not exactly "always
| reproducable" but you can probably do it 9 out of 10 times. i have to
| zoom out about 2 times before it happens. just doing it once doesn't
| work.

| plus i tried it with png, the bug doesn't seem to show up. only zooming
| out of gif and jpg does the bug show up.

I open four separate windows of eog, opened 2 gif and 2 jpg images,
zoom-out each image several times, and no problems
