Ok, and if i want to disable it for everyone?

Because I looked in the relay-domains and it is empty

You want to enable SMTP AUTH. You will find the lines to enable in
/etc/mail/sendmail.mc and you need to erase the RELAY lines from
/etc/mail/access (except those for localhost).
