I am having strange problems when trying to upgrade some (any?) packages from FC1 to 1.9: [mcarro@balboa /]$ sudo yum upgrade rpm Gathering header information file(s) from server(s) Server: [...] Resolving dependencies .Package perl-RPM2 needs librpm-4.2.so, this is not available. and /usr/lib/librpm-4.2.so exists (installed from an rpm package). Also, [mcarro@balboa /]$ sudo yum upgrade python Gathering header information file(s) from server(s) [...] .conflict between postgresql-python and python Package redhat-config-network-tui needs /usr/bin/python2.2, this is not available. [...] Package redhat-config-xfree86 needs /usr/bin/python2.2, this is not available. and /usr/bin/python2.2 also exists (installed from an rpm package). Am I doing anything wrong? Or is it and yum/python/rpm [known] problem? -- +---------------------------------------------------------------------------+ |Manuel Carro --- Facultad de Informática -- U.
