It is very easy to install the flashplayer.
su #this lets you become admin tar -zxvf install_flash_player_6_linux.tar.gz cd install_flash_player_6_linux ./flashplayer-installer ENTER ENTER (of course close all the browsers) Than you give the install directory of your mozilla (e.g. /usr/local/mozilla/ or another directory it will name you some) and then type y. So that's all. Works fine for me. more readme.txt gives you also a lot of informations. (I'm sorry if the infos I give you, are too easy :) )
