I am in the process of building the rpms now apache-1.3.29 mod_perl-1.29 mod_ssl-2.8.16 also PHP 4.3.4 you can use legacy packages from RH7.3 after you install some compat packages to satisfy dependencies the current release of php-imap for FC1 doesn't work with apache 1.3 so I rebuild it and I have the RPMS. mod_perl is done and works I can build apache without auth_db if someone out there wants to help solve that problem.
