I wouldn't ask if it was something THAT obvious. Read again my original
post. It's the / (mapped from /dev/hda2) which grew, but as
partitionmagic locked before finishing the process, it resized partition
but didn't change the filesistem size.
What I'm asking is if there is some way to notify the filesystem that
partition is not what it's expecting...
does partition magic handle handle linux type filesystems properly ?????
