gnumeric + tcp_ecn + dhcp/static

tcp_ecn suggestion:

i still get the same message running ``strace gnumeric'' with either
``net.ipv4.tcp_ecn = 0'' or ``net.ipv4.tcp_ecn = 1'' appended to
/etc/sysctl.conf and running ``sysctl -p'' after

static ip suggestion:

i disabled the network and gnumeric started without any problem
i don't know how to get my ip address statically on that dhcp configured
network (if possible)

any other ideas?
thanks and regards,
gabriel
