it would allow Fedora distribution, but might blindside businesses
that are unaware of MySQL AB's license terms.
if you deliberately go and get MySQL from the MySQL AB website,
you have no excuse for not reviewing the license, but if you get
MySQL in the middle of a distribution, that's a different matter.
