Update RH 9 -> fedora core 1 failed

Hi,

I tried to update a redhat 9 server (dell poweredge 1650) to fedora core 
1. The update failed with an error like: The installationimage couldn't 
be transfered. Maybe insufficient free disk space.

There is planty off space I think...

[root@klee root]# df -h

Any Ideas??
