FreeS/WAN (IPsec) support for 2.4 kernels

Hi all,

Yet another kernel-module package, this time implementing FreeS/WAN's
IPsec implementation for IPv4. If you don't know what it is or what it is
used for, look here:

	http://www.freeswan.org/

The kernel modules are found at:

	http://dag.wieers.com/packages/kernel-module-freeswan/

The modules are currently built for:

	RHFC1	->	2.4.22-1.2166, 2.4.22-1.2173, 2.4.22-1.2174
	RHEL3	->	2.4.21-9.EL, 2.4.21-9.0.1.EL
	RH9	->	2.4.20-28.9, 2.4.20-30.9
	RH73	->	2.4.20-28.7
	RHEL2.1	->	2.4.9-e.37, 2.4.9-e.38

RH80 is currently missing. The packages include the AT&T MTS keep-alive
fix that's needed by corporate AT&T customer to be able to set up a
VPN connection using ipsec. (attention IBM employees ;))

I'd like to have feedback about SMP support. I've had some bugreports in
the past about the fact that the module thinks it is built for UP, which I
cannot explain ;/ Forcing that module, however, works.

As always, suggestions and fixes are kindly accepted,
