Don't currently have X installed, as this was intentionally configured as a command line only box. I have not yet run into a situation where this old processor seems slow, nor have I noticed excessive swapping. My other Fedora system is a Athlon 2600+ (overclocked to 3000+ speeds) with a Geforce FX 5600 Ultra and 512 megs RAM.
