*Only* if you get it from www.xmms.org or 3rd party RPm repositories which
offer a non-crippled version.

Red Hat Linux 8.0, Red Hat Linux 9 and Fedora Core 1 contain version
of XMMS which does not include mp3 support due to licencing issues.
