There are some XFCE RPMs out, compiled for FC1, like

You mean the differences between RH9 and FC1 or differences between XFCE
versions available for RH9 and FC1? I think you mean the first
alternative and the common answer is: take in some way FC1 as RH10.

Go to http://www.redhat.com/mailman/listinfo/fedora-list, login and
configure your subscription to receive the digest mail. But please if
you send mail then to the list, do not replay to the digest mail, but
always use a new and empty mail window and shorten what you like to
quote if you quote.
