Ugraded from RH 9.0

I viewed it but did not change anything in httpd.conf

Getting:  read(4, 0xbfe4eaf0, 32)                 = -1 EAGAIN (Resource
temporarily unavailable)

Infact, a lot of Resource temporarily unavailable.

up2date applet in gnome panel crashes and disappears at random too!
