Hi:

Be careful with OEM versions. We get one for Office XP and later we
need to upgrade the OS ( Win98 to W2K ), we tried resintallation. After OS
installation we tried to install OfficeXP OEM without result ( was
validated yet ). Tolk with Microsft Spain Support guys and said that OEM
versions are for one time use, if we need Office XP we must pay for a new
license.

You can get the full OEM version for $99 dollars from many places on the
net.

OpenOffice does run under MS Windows too.

Don't get me wrong. I know it sounds like I am trying to make a case
for MS. I am not. Of all the different "flavors" of Linux I have used
over the past 7 years or so, Red Hat/Fedora is the best IMO. I just
wish that Red Hat did not drop a viable option for a home user/SOHO
user.
