I've searched around with 'grep' and found in ~/.nautilus/metafiles/x-nautilus-desktop:%2F%2F%2F.xml:

<file name="trash" icon_position="1315,937" icon_scale="1.19"/>

i've set the position to 100,100 and 'killall -9 nautilus'. Then the icon appears again and i move it to the position as
before. I don't know whats happend, but i know that i have not moved the trashcan...

However, it's there again. Sorry for asking before searching good enough. ;-)
