Hi

I'm afraid there isn't much more detail I can give!
I run mozilla, login to ebay, come to something I want to pay for
click the pay now link, check the details, click on the link that says
pay via PayPal, the paypal url comes up followed by a small window
saying PSM (Personal Security Manager) is required.
end of story! clicking ok, leaves a blank window
