And, don't look at the "free" memory entry -- that's basically meaningless
because of disk buffers. Instead, look directly at how much swap is used.

In general, if you're using enough swap memory to outdo twice your physical
memory, your system is going to be so painfully slow that adding more should
be the least of your worries.
