Try using the rpms from the project kde-redhat (http://kde-redhat.sf.net).
They can be found here: http://apt.uk.kde-redhat.org/apt/kde-redhat/1/RPMS.unstable/ And here: http://apt.uk.kde-redhat.org/apt/kde-redhat/all/RPMS.unstable/
Or try adding their apt/yum repository to your sources.list/yum.conf file.
And install it with the respective application. And remember: these versions are unstable. =)
