Is "kernel-module-nvidia-2.4.22-1.2149.nptlbigmem" a self build kernel
or from where did you get this one? It's no FC1 kernel.

The kernel module you want to install must fit your installed kernel or
in your case there must be an RPM fitting your kernel. And from error
message this is not the case. Pretty simple.
