I would like to take a survey of how many users on this list couldn't get there boomerang 3COM card to work in Fedora Core 1. The work around was to disable Kudzu. See "http://www.linuxquestions.org/questions/showthread.php?s=&threadid=113417"; and "http://bugzilla.redhat.com/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=107389";. Perhaps this is old hat but I just installed Fedora today and noticed this peculiar behavior.
I gave mine away to someone that is using RH8 or RH9. Since he is going to school for computer science, I hope he can contribute to getting this card working.
