Hi, Because of this list I started scanning for viri, and f-prot found these:

Does anyone recognise these files and know if they can be removed? Or how I can remove them?

Couple different ways you could delete these. You could simply go delete the files...
-OR-
You could open your email client.. and empty your "trash" folder. :)
