but it works within UserDir's
The problem just arises whem I try to submit something.

I haven't found any con figuration directly to submission of forms.

Create a file called info.php:

<?php phpinfo(); ?>

bring it up in  you browser, you should see a lot of info about you
apache/php install, if you don't then you have a config problem Apache.
