neat-control doesn't show ISDN connection as active

Hi all,

after upgrading from RH9.0 to FC1 I encountered the following
problem. I use neat-control to activate ISDN connections over
a FRITZ!Card PCI ISDN card. Activation of a connection works
without a problem. isdnctrl is called in the proper way, as far as
I can tell.

The problem is, that after the connection comes up,
neat-control doesn't show it as active. The symbol with the two
plugs remains in the disconnected state and the button to
deactivate the connection doesn't become clickable. So I end
up with a live connection and no way to bring it down using
neat-contro.

As a workaround I use "isdnctrl hangup ipp0" to bring down the
connection manually.

Regards
Lutz
