Configure the bind-chroot which comes with FC1 just like you would
configure bind9 normally. The only difference is that all files are in
the $ROOTDIR which is by default /var/named/chroot.

Some details on how to set up bind you can find on www.redhat.com in
section docs, latest for RH9.
