Will the fedora project be any more 'kde friendly' than RH9/8 ?

What kind of friendliness are you looking for?
[Steve Barnhart] I know I would like to see less favoring on Red Hat's part..for example,
that beautiful update to Bluecurve seems to only show in Gnome. Hopefully I
can see this improved in FC2.

Bluecurve IS a GNOME theme. KDE's new Plastik is the official KDE theme now -- there isn't any favourtism. Redhat's tools are GTK, hence they made a good default. Once the new KDE comes out, you won't complain anymore :)
