I wanted to set up a local mirror of the fedora-base and fedora-updates repositories and keep them synced up with rsync. Do the packages in the fedora-base directory ever change or are all the updates kept in the updates directory? I guess what I'm asking is once I have downloaded the base os RPMS do I need to worry about the directory changing?
