Why remove mozilla? I think every box needs it, for it is the best
browser available and there are many things depending on it (as you have
already realized :-))

Or do you want to update mozilla? In this case install the new packages
with "rpm -Uvh", which should satisfy the dependencies. 

You can get latest mozilla for FC1 from 
http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/mozilla/yum/SeaMonkey/releases/1.6/redhat/1/i386/

If you are absolutely sure you don't need mozilla at all you can delete
it with "rpm -e --nodeps", but be careful.
