FC1 does include xmms. It's on the installation CDs or you can get it at
any repo. If you're talking about xmms-mp3, then that's not included by
default due to patent legalities. Set up yum to point to rpm.livna.org and
then as root simply issue a `yum install xmms-mp3`.
Another alternative is rhythmbox.
