Neither appear to be files, but rather version of a lame rpm. (The rpm
file would be as above, with ".rpm" at the end). The "fdr" and "lvn" are
likely to be related to who packaged/provided the rpms (Fedora/Livna).
Both are for version 3.93-1 of lame. The last numerical part may be the
packager's version of that rpm.
