Are the clients on the same network as the server (ie: also behind this firewall)?
Do things work if you run 'service iptables stop' on the server?
If so, then you need to configure the server's local firewall to accept connections for the services in question. We can help if you describe the services you wish to run more specifically (is "webmin http" listening on port 80?).
