Error getting file

I also tried from a french mirror but same error.
Would this be a proxy configuration problem?
up2date has issues with proxies
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=102272
Yum needs the "http_proxy" environment variable set to use a proxy. Check
out "man yum".
Got it working with 'http_proxy'.
Thank you!
