mutt and console colors

Dear All,

After I've upgraded all my machines from RedHat Linux 9 to Fedora Core 1,
I've noticed that behavior of colors in mutt changed a bit. For
example, I have this setting in my muttrc:

color hdrdefault brightblack white

This should cause all message headers to appear in black letters over a
white background. White background, though, does not go until the end
of line, but ends where header text does.

After googling around, I've found that this problem came up before and
is in Bugzilla for RedHat Linux 7.1. Here is a Bugzilla link:
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=36685

Should I report this to Fedora Bugzilla?
