There is a nifty utility in /usr/lib/anaconda-runtime called splittree.py which will split the unified tree back into CDs, you will need to run genhdlist again, --withnumbers on the trees once they have been split.
Cool! I didn't know about that. Is it just me, or is the documentation on these tools somewhat... sparse?
