Good program.. and if you dig around in the website you will find a
plugin if you will for xp that lets you view ext3 from explorer or my
computer.   One thing about Explore2fs though, and I am by no means an
expert on this program, is that you can only view the hard
drives/partitions by default.. and copy things onto other (fat or ntfs)
hard drivers... on the website though it tells you how to enable write
access (though it may not be the best idea.. or at least thats what it
says on the website)
