Apt built against rpm 4.3?

Can anybody point to an Apt built against the 4.3 rpm thats out in development / rawhide now? Most current Apt I can find demands a 4.2 rpm library. Also I tried rebuilding apt from the srouce rpm on Dag's site but it fails to build on fedora looking for '-lselinux'.
