Yep, installed and the latest version. I did this which fixed it.
[root@host var]# /usr/bin/gdk-pixbuf-query-loaders > /etc/gtk-2.0/gdk-pixbuf.loaders
And now I have a different error

Do you have /etc/gtk-2.0 at all?
Do you have the "gtk2" package installed? rpm -q gtk2
If not, try installing it: up2date gtk2
