That sound a lot like a introduction to "brain surgery" to cut off the top of the ol'mellon and then go to medical school :)
I was presuming that the OP already had a nameserver running somewhere else and just wanted to know how to get started putting on on a FC1 system. BIND9 in all it's glory is indeed a little more involved (but not as bad as it seems).
