Since the fedora-list is so busy with similar type questions, it seems that we need a fedora-list FAQ. I haven't heard about fedoranews.org. Thanks for pointing it out. After a quick look, I didn't see any answer to "Why are updates slow/broken?" but it does have some good info and this Q&A could be added. Thanks for the info.
