Can't mount ext2 and iso9660 (ru_RU.koi8-r) in Fedora Core 1 ru_RU.UTF-8

How to mount ext2 and iso filesystems created in ru_RU.koi8-r (Red Hat 7.2) when I use Fedora Core 1 in ru_RU.UTF-8 environment?

As for now Nautilus displayes "Invalid unicode", bash - "???????".
