Fedora comes with parted. From fedora.us you can get the graphical
version qtparted. To learn more about parted see
http://www.gnu.org/software/parted/parted.html and for qtparted
http://qtparted.sourceforge.net/. As far as I see they differ in
capability to resize different filesystems.

In general: before resizing a partition with data on it DO A BACKUP.
(This is also an advice Partition Magic will give you before operating.)
