Hi, sorry your rpms don't work. When I do rpmbuild --rebuild on them, they complain about not having kernel-source = 2.4.24 installed. which is because I'm running a 2.4.24 that I boult from ftp.kernel.org's source, I'm not using a kernel rpm.

When I do export CC=gcc32 and ./NVIDIA-Linux-x86-1.0-5328pkg0.run --kernel-include-path=/usr/src/linux-2.4.24/include --with-this-kernel and it starts compiling. then when I runt he custom file that it builds using --kernel-include-path=/usr/src/linux-2.4.24/include it errors out saying Unable to load the kernel module nvidia.o.

Hi, I'm running Fedora Core 1 with a custom 2.4.24 kernel, and am trying
to get the nvidia linux driver version 5328 to work for my GeForce2 MX400
video card. I've tried the instructions at minion.de/nvidia.html but
haven't had any luck. anyone been able to get it working with kernel
2.4.24? Thanks!

Get the src.rpm from:

http://rpm.livna.org/~anvil/fedora/nvidia-driver-1.0.5328-0.lvn.14.src.rpm

We're aware of some issues with the upstream release, which only NVidia
themselves can resolve. Until that happens, you might be better off
sticking with 4620 which, although beta, seems to be causing fewer
problems than 5328. The 4620 src.rpm is also available at Livna
(substitute 5328 for 4620 in the above link).

Also please state the *specific* details of your problem, so we can
suggest a possible solution.
