I do not see what you want to imply? The bug is know, by Redhat as well as Fedora people and both already reacted and put out fixing errata kernels. As I said, a bug fixing Fedora Core 1 kernel kernel-2.4.22-1.2138 is out there which covers the bug. Do you just want to see 2.4.24 instead of 2.4.22 with various patches? If that you should investigate how Fedora kernels (like Redhat kernels before) are treated by the kernel maintainers.
