Hi all, I've installed VMware 4.0 without problem, worked with it, but when I today starts the virtual machine: Jan 05 23:59:22: ide0:0| DEVCREAT: Found a device: /dev/hda Jan 05 23:59:22: ide0:0| DISKLIB-DEVCRL: LBA IDE disk 117210240 16383(116280)/16/63 Jan 05 23:59:22: ide0:0| DISKLIB-DEVCRL: Facts for /dev/hda: Cap=117210240 Phys C/H/S=16383/16/63 BIOS C/H/S=1024/255/63 Adap=IDE Jan 05 23:59:22: ide0:0| DEVCREAT: PartitionTables : 1 Jan 05 23:59:22: ide0:0| DEVCREAT: At 0 Jan 05 23:59:22: ide0:0| DEVCREAT: PartitionTables : 1 Jan 05 23:59:22: ide0:0| DEVCREAT: At 0 Jan 05 23:59:22: ide0:0| DEVCREAT: Partition type mismatch Jan 05 23:59:22: ide0:0| DISKLIB-LIB : Sanity check failed! The virtual machine cannot be powered on with an unconfigured disk. Partition table changed?. Is it because I reinstall grub with grub-install /dev/hda? But if I don't do that, Linux will not start, because of Windows` rewriting of partition table, or not?
